Speath Engineering provides comprehensive planning services for planned development rezonings, conventional rezonings, and comprehensive plan changes and amendments. Working with planning staff we represent the client with the local municipalities to develop planning changes to subject properties which reflect the owner/developer’s intended future use or vision, while maintaining consistency with local policies, goals, and regulations. Planning packages are prepared, submitted, and defended with both staff and at the Public Hearing level to obtain the planning approvals our clients are seeking.
