These services are reinforced by the necessary regulatory processing (including representation at public hearings and court reviews) to obtain all permits to construct land development projects. Speath Engineering also provides structural analysis and engineering design of buildings, bridges, and other structures.

spanning three states, and initiated in 1973 by Mr. Speath’s father, Ellis H. Speath, Jr., P.E., also a graduate
of Northeastern University.
